A personalized program for the next generation that builds competence and confidence in three areas: Self, Money and Action. 1.0 serves as a bridge between parent, manager and inheritor at a crucial time in the wealth transfer process. Offered in both group and individual workshops settings, the education model builds the depth and understanding of personal direction, financial skills, and values-based living.
CUSTOMIZED FAMILY FINANCIAL TRAINING
A family joins together to learn about their unique financial and wealth planning process. This model is tailored to the needs of the family. Elements can include: Financial Basics, Asset Allocation, Investment Objectives, Philanthropy, and Personal Financial Review & Planning.
NEXT GEN ALUMNI NETWORK
Continuing education programs for graduates and friends and family of the Redwoods network. Will include mentorships, networking events, monthly education seminars and an off-site retreat.

Sessions provide a solid understanding of investment terms, present timely investment topics for discussion, offer advice for real world applications, and build upon individuals’ unique financial experience. Topics include: Investment Objectives, Conversations with Your Advisor, Foundation of Terms and Asset Allocation.
IMPACT INVESTING TRAINING & CIRCLE
A yearlong education program offered in small group focused on impact investing. Participants will have direct access to company leaders, board meetings and mentorships.

MINDFUL ABUNDANCE RETREAT
Finance, personal assets, and investments are heavily laden words that often are intimidating and typically not discussed openly among women. This weekend is designed to offer a comfortable environment to learn about and discuss the emotional elements involved with wealth and tools for empowerment and influence in your financial life. In a small group setting, participants will have the opportunity to understand why women often make better investors and managers of their money and the reasons women sometimes tend to leave it all to others. Through workshop sessions, break-out groups, and open dialogue, it will secure a stronger foundation for both emotional and financial confidence.
FAMILY DAYS OF PHILANTHROPY
Families and their children join together to learn about philanthropy. Participants engage in activities designed to inspire and educate on ways to make a difference in their community. Program initiatives include how to develop service interests, research charitable organizations and identify ways to begin giving.
